Training:
 Lanier Construction believes in
providing on-going training to keep pace with modern management and construction
industry practices and techniques that ensure both quality service delivery and
satisfaction in customer care. As a part of our process of continuous quality
improvement, our employees receive formalized classroom training,
computer-assisted training, and on-the-job training.
Lanier also
encourages employees to seek additional education and training to further
individual career aspirations in the construction industry and will provide
education reimbursement for those seeking to obtain education and training that
will advance their competence and skill level as an employee of the company.
