Construction Estimator: This position works closely with the project management and pre-construction teams and is expected to provide: Estimation of costs including quality takeoffs; Planning of construction means and methods; Tracking of cost trends; Interface with subcontractors in anticipation of future needs, Analysis of projects, buildings, specifications, blue prints, proposals and other documentation to establish estimated costs of materials, labor and equipment needed to complete a project.
